Soulmate

How many people actually get to meet a person, the person. The one who is able to read your mind, your heart. The one who knows how to make you laugh and make you forget about the shitty day you had. The one who knows your likes and dislikes, the one who knows just the right gift for your birthday. The one who surprises you with little presents without any occasions.

Also the one who touches your heart. Whenever you're with him you feel so happy, so thankful for, you feel like you're the luckiest girl on earth.
And whenever you're not with him, you feel as if there's something missing, like a grandma who left her dentures at home. You can't wait to see him and no matter how long the day spent together was, it's never enough.

Will I ever get to meet the one?

Update - last week of April

Quick update on the stuff going on in my life:

1) Made some mango cheese cake with Chantel last week, decided while strolling in the supermarket.

Baby monnie

Babyboy Rocky who does not behave like a Doberman

2) Brunch @ Nassim Hill Bakery with Godma, Chantel & her foodie cousin (who had Korean BBQ at 1am the previous night)

Smoked salmon omelette that I had

Godma had a chili crab pasta (comes in half/full size) which I think was not bad!

Chantel had a turkey ham sandwich which was okay........ I think.

Her cousin had waffles which was a humongous portion, but was pretty good! Can choose to have bacons, sausages or fruits with them.

3) Hazel's favourite chicken chop in the world. Tasty Barbeque at Maxwell food court
Lucky us didn't have to queue for long.....
I like how there's a charred, but not bitter, taste to the chicken chop. Not exactly the type that I will die for though, but I would definitely like to come back to try their pork chop and chicken cutlet.

They are opened Mondays-Fridays, 6pm to 10pm only! And there's always a queue.

4) Ippudo for the first time in my life LOL with great company - my best friend Isabel and sissy Chantel xx
I had this spicy one with tamago, and I have no idea where the pic I took went to....

Bel and Chantel had the original which was better than mine

I never ever ever learn my lesson to order original ramen. Spicy ones are always my first choice :)

Not so appetizing lookjng gyoza which tasted quite good

Another not appetizing looking kou rou bao which was not bad

Overall, Ippudo isn't a restaurant that I would queue up for. I don't really get the big hoohah about it.
The staff aren't exactly friendly, the tables are way too big and it's pretty expensive for a poor student like me.

Gonna end my post now with my shameless fat baby

Consecutively working 8 days, stand whole day retail jobs. I feel like I'm gonna explode and die soon.

Goodnight x
